Enter Mold. While living in a temporary home while my husband built our homestead, our family was exposed to a water damaged, moldy home. At the time, I was not necessarily aware of the full repercussions, after all, this was temporary. Until one day, my brain literally stopped working, I somehow remember it clearly. My brain fog was so bad I could hardly communicate in sentences. I was losing my hair, had unbearable allergies, extreme mood swings, chronic fatigue and the list goes on. I knew that the standard medical care system would not be able to help me because on the outside I was a picture of "optimal health" and all my bloodwork was within "normal range." By digging deeper and through God's will I found a few alternative medicine practitioners who lead me down a path to help me discover my mold illness. I then tested my children, and both showed high levels of mold in their little bodies! **Mold, if left untreated, can become Cancer.** That's when I knew I needed to learn more, get certified in Functional Medicine lab tests and help others dealing with chronic illness like mine. Partway through my health coaching journey, I discovered Firefly Light Therapy. It uses an element found in the world around us - light - to heal and balance our body in incredible ways. I proudly became one of the few Firefly Light Therapy Practitioners in Minnesota and the Midwest. Since then other like-minded women with their own health journeys have joined my team. Through a root cause integrative approach focusing on detoxification, light therapy, and nutrition, we began to fulfill our dream of helping others heal. Having the energy to do all the things I wish and serve others is truly amazing and I want that for you!  My passion is to ask why, dig deeper, and find the root cause(s) so you can begin your own healing journey and finally feel energized for life again!   ~ Jodel
